Keshet is the Hebrew term for Rainbow.

Of course it is a well known symbol in the world of gay activisim, but as Conservative Jews it is also the middle way we seek to tread in all parts of our religious lives. Between the black and white poles of religious fundamentalism and rejection of our heritage we believe in a middle way. We are often accused of treading a path of grey compromise, but we believe the middle path is better described as a path of dazzling color - a rainbow.
